Respond to customer inquiries and requirements promptly and professionally.
Generate current sales leads through calls, emails, references, and other business development channels.
Respond to incoming sales leads and understand customer requirements.
Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to obtain updated freight rates and service information.
Ensure timely sharing of shipment instructions with the concerned execution team for smooth shipment handling.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated and executed properly.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify prospects for repeat business.
Assist in resolving customer queries and shipment-related issues in coordination with the concerned departments.
Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, bookings, and customer communications.
Provide timely support to the team in day-to-day sales and shipment-related activities.
Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, quotation, and conversion targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
