What Youll Do
Assist in posting job openings across platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Support onboarding for new hires (orientation materials, sessions)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts)
Handle general HR inquiries and support employees
Participate in employee engagement initiatives
Help resolve minor employee issues
Contribute to HR projects as assigned
