Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and environmental health guidelines.
Partner with operations teams to mandate personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance and track workplace safety metrics.
Manage worker compensation, injury claims, and risk mitigation.
Employee Relations &
Retention
Handle worker grievances, union relations, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.
Design engagement plans tailored to field-based and shift-working teams.
Implement reward programs to reduce absenteeism and boost morale.
Performance &
Training
Oversee routine performance reviews for operational and administrative teams.
Coordinate regular training on waste-handling equipment, hazard response, and operational efficiency.
