We're looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across key HR functions while contributing to a high-growth setting.

Internship Details
Role: HR Intern
Duration: 4–5 Months
Location: Bengaluru, Hebbal
Work Mode: On-Site
PPO: Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance and business requirements
Stipend: As per company policy

What You'll DoTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

HR Operations
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support the preparation of HR-related documents and reports.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Employee Engagement




Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
Assist in drafting internal communications and announcements.
Contribute to creating a positive employee experience.

Employer Branding & HR Projects
Support employer branding initiatives across social media platforms.
Assist with HR research and process improvement projects.
Take ownership of assigned HR projects and administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
