About the role :
Our client is a deep-tech startup building AI-powered warehouse automation solutions for e-commerce, retail, and logistics companies based out of Pune.
Requirements :
- 12+ years in software engineering/platform architecture.
- 5+ years leading engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, fault-tolerant production systems, and cloud platforms.
- Robust experience with real-time systems and scalable fleet orchestration.
- Experience with telemetry ingestion and real-time data processing.
Candidate Profile :
- Good-to-have experience in robotics.
- Experience with simulation and digital twins.
- Work closely with product and customer success teams.
- Strong leadership and mentorship expected.
- Data-driven approach to engineering performance.
- Pune-based office role, candidates from Maharashtra are preferred mostly.
