What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Capture the Craft: Shoot high-quality, aesthetic photos and raw behind-the-scenes video footage of our kitchen, bar, and fermentation lab using your smartphone.
- Create Short-Form Content: Edit engaging, narrative-driven Instagram Reels/videos (using tools like CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.) that highlight our ingredients, techniques, and team.
- Tell the Story: Write compelling, approachable captions that explain our philosophy.
- Community Management: Assist in scheduling posts, replying to comments/ DMs,



and engaging with the local food and beverage community online.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on food, beverage, and hospitality trends on social media and bring fresh, creative ideas to our content calendar.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

- Visual Eye & Technical Skill: You know how to find the good light, compose a beautiful shot, and edit a seamless, well-paced Reel.
- Hospitality Obsession: A genuine passion for restaurants, ingredients, and dining culture. You should love food and drink as much as we do.
- Curiosity: You don’t need to be a fermentation scientist, but you must be eager to ask our chefs questions and learn how things work so you can explain them to our audience.
- Self-Starter: The kitchen moves fast. You need to be proactive, capable of working independently, and comfortable navigating a busy restaurant environment without getting in the way of service.
- Location: Based in Recent Delhi and available to be on-site
