We are looking for an experienced Interior Execution Head to lead the execution of interior projects based on approved architectural and interior design drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end interior execution across projects
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines
Coordinate with architects, project teams, contractors and vendors
Plan manpower, materials and contractor deployment
Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines
Resolve execution-related technical issues and drawing discrepancies
Evaluate and monitor contractor/vendor performance
Conduct regular site reviews and ensure timely closure of snags
Drive successful completion and handover of interior works

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Education
Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
Highrise Residential Building: 5 years (Required)
