Role Overview

You handle end-to-end HR operations.

From hiring to attendance to payroll to compliance you make sure everything is structured and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
HR Operations

– Manage employee records, onboarding, and documentation

– Handle attendance, leaves, and policies

– Maintain proper HR structure
Payroll & Systems

– Manage payroll using Zoho / Keka

– Ensure timely and accurate salary processing

– Maintain all HR systems properly
Hiring & Onboarding

– Assist in hiring for different roles

– Coordinate interviews and onboarding

– Ensure smooth joining experience
Compliance & Policies

– Ensure all HR norms and basic compliance are followed

– Maintain proper documentation

– Keep processes clean and organized
Employee Coordination





– Act as a point of contact for employees

– Handle basic HR queries and issues

– Maintain a smooth work setting

What We’re Looking For

– Experience with Keka and/or Zoho (mandatory)

– Robust understanding of HR basics and processes

– Organized and detail-oriented

– Reliable and consistent

– Good communication skills

– Based in Hyderabad

– Clean documentation and compliance

– Hiring and onboarding done efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
