Job Title - Head - Payments SME

Candidate Specification – 18 years, Global exposure mandatory.

Location - Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore

15 years of experience in banking and payments, with hands-on exposure to the US, Europe, and/or APAC markets (multi-region exposure strongly preferred).

At least 10 years of transformation leadership experience, including at least 2 large multi-year programs involving teams of 50 across all roles.

Solid hands-on exposure to payment operations/processing and payments transformation or modernization programs.

Work experience with banks, corporates, or BPO/IT services providers delivering payments solutions to Western or APAC banking clients.

End-to-end payments domain expertise across ACH, Wires, RTP/FedNow, SWIFT, SEPA/SEPA Instant, Cards, Checks, cross-border payments, digital payment channels.

Payment and ISO 20022 migration, distributed ledger evaluation, and payments/treasury data & analytics platforms.
