Job Responsibilities:
Operate HMC (Horizontal Machining Centre) machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload components correctly.
Follow instructions from the HMC Setter/Supervisor.
Perform basic machine operations and monitor the machining process.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Carry out in-process quality checks.
Monitor tool condition and inform the setter when tools need replacement.
Identify machine or quality abnormalities and report them to the supervisor.
Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
Understand basic engineering drawings and dimensions.
Maintain production and inspection records.
Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in HMC operation.
Basic knowledge of HMC machine operation.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Ability to understand engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of machining operations.
Valuable attention to quality and dimensions.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Valuable teamwork and discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant HMC Operator experience. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
