We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Manager with robust recruitment skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment , candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals & other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Handle joining & onboarding formalities.
Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment TAT.
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:-
Real Estate Experience Must.
Robust knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
