Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all products.
Handle stock inward and outward processes efficiently.
Verify received goods with purchase orders and invoices.
Prepare and update GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation.
Implement FIFO method to ensure proper stock rotation.
Track expiry dates and manage damaged or near-expiry products.
Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for stock availability.
Update all inventory transactions in ERP/POS systems.
Maintain proper documentation and inventory records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Identify stock discrepancies and take corrective action.

Required Skills
Knowledge of inventory management in FMCG/retail sector
Experience in ERP/POS systems
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in FMCG retail, supermarket, or warehouse inventory management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
