Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Work Mode: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Qualification
BFA in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Develop creative concepts that communicate the brand's identity effectively.
Design social-media posts, advertisements, campaign creatives, and promotional materials.
Create short-form motion graphics and visual content for digital platforms.
Maintain consistency in colours, typography, aesthetics, and visual language.
Develop branding and marketing collateral.
Use AI tools to enhance and accelerate the creative process.
Collaborate with the team to develop current creative concepts and campaigns.
Ensure all designs are visually polished, consistent, and aligned with the brand.
Stay updated with current design, social-media, AI, and visual-content trends.

Requirements
BFA in Visual Communication,



Graphic Design, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of motion graphics or short-form video editing is an advantage.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to understand and work within a brand's visual identity.
Valuable understanding of social-media-first design.
Solid portfolio demonstrating creativity and range.

Experience Candidates with 1–2 years of experience: Eligible for the Junior Graphic Designer position.

Interview Process

Round 1: Online interview

Round 2: In-person interview in Chennai

Work Location The role is remote, with an in-person interview required for the second round.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
