Job Summary

We are looking for an HR skilled to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the growing business at Only Earth. The role will involve employee engagement, recruitment, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and maintaining a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and probation confirmation.
Maintain employee records and ensure HRMS data is updated accurately.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related documentation.
Support PMS, KRA/KPI setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR matters.
Drive employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.




Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate POSH, employee welfare, and other HR compliance initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
Support policy implementation and continuously improve HR processes.
Work closely with business and functional teams on manpower planning and HR requirements.
Assist in building a strong culture aligned with Only Earth's values and business objectives.

Key Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
Good understanding of PMS/KRA/KPI processes.
Solid MS Excel and HRMS skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and growing business environment.

Educational Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
3–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or a growing organization.
