Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior site work.
Manage carpenters, contractors, and labour teams.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.
Take accurate site measurements.
Coordinate with the office, vendors, and project team.
Plan daily work activities and monitor progress.
Check material receipt, usage, and stock at site.
Prepare daily progress reports with site photos and videos.
Ensure safety rules and housekeeping are followed.
Resolve site issues and report delays immediately.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior projects.
Knowledge of interior execution and finishing work.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Positive communication and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.




Ability to prepare daily work reports.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
English communication is compulsory.

Education:
12th Pass or Graduation
Diploma/Civil/Interior-related qualification will be an added advantage.
