Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing requirements.
Learn end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes. ##
