Conduct root cause analysis and incident prioritization.

Identify automation prospects and support continuous improvements.
Requirement
Experience in JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 Implementation, Support &
Enhancements.
Solid hands-on expertise in JDE toolset and technical development.
Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model.
Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
