Roles and Responsibilities:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Basic knowledge to troubleshoot Windows and Linux-based servers and desktops like user login issues, connectivity issues, printer and file access issues, etc.

· Knowledge of troubleshooting network issues like connectivity, routing, firewall access

· Must have a valuable understanding of Routers / Switches /Firewall (Sophos,Fortigate,Cisco, Juniper, mikrotik, etc.)

· Should have knowledge of documentation creation and maintenance

· Positive Exposure on the application troubleshooting such as MS Office

· Certification such as MCTIP, CCNA, RHCE will be added advantage

· Experience of coordinating between various teams, vendors and customers

· Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and replacing hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, switches, routers, and peripheral devices

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
