Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for open positions.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and share candidate profiles and interview feedback with the concerned stakeholders.
Negotiate salary, notice period,



and other employment terms with selected candidates.
Coordinate the offer, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
Develop and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and monitor their performance.
Support various HR activities and employee engagement initiatives as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
