Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the In-Patient Department.
Ensure smooth admission, bed allocation, patient transfer, and discharge processes.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, TPA, MRD, pharmacy, housekeeping, and other departments.
Monitor patient satisfaction, complaints, and service quality.
Ensure proper staffing, discipline, attendance, and performance of IPD staff.
Monitor bed occupancy, discharge delays, and overall IPD efficiency.
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standards, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
Handle operational issues and escalate critical matters to senior management.
Prepare and review IPD MIS and performance reports.
Conduct staff training and implement process improvements.
Ensure effective utilization of hospital resources and maintain smooth coordination across departments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
