Hotel General Manager / Hotel Operations Manager

Shree Hotel, AMBAJI [GUJARAT] is looking for an experienced qualified to manage and oversee the hotel's overall operations.

Location: AMBAJI, GUJARAT.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete day-to-day hotel operations
Handle and supervise Front Desk operations, check-ins, check-outs, bookings & guest relations
Supervise Housekeeping, Room Service & hotel staff
Monitor room cleanliness, maintenance & service quality
Handle guest complaints and operational issues
Manage staff discipline, attendance & coordination
Monitor inventory, cash collections & daily reports
Coordinate with the Accounts team for financial & operational matters
Ensure smooth hotel functioning and maintain service standards

Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years of hotel management/operations experience




Previous Hotel Manager / Operations Manager / GM experience preferred
Must speak and understand Hindi & English. Gujarati is preferred.
Valuable computer knowledge and communication skills
Ability to independently manage hotel operations and staff

Salary: ₹22,000–₹40,000/month, negotiable based on experience & skills. Relocation: Experienced Candidates from across Gujarat & Rajasthan preferred, especially from Udaipur, Mount Abu, Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Palanpur and nearby cities. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ambaji, Gujarat.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
