Position: Agency Development Manager – BFSI Sales

Location: Bharuch, Gujrat (Ankleshwar candidate can also apply)

CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 3+ Years in Life Insurance, Banking, Finance, Loans, Mutual Funds, General Insurance, Health Insurance, or any BFSI Sales

Qualification: Graduate Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop agency advisors and sales representatives.
Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve assigned business targets.
Build strong relationships with advisors, partners, and customers.




Monitor team productivity and provide regular guidance and motivation.
Generate business through field activities, referrals, and local networking.
