Treasury Operations & Coordination

 Assist the Treasury Manager in execution and monitoring of treasury-related activities.

 Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, consultants, brokers, and other stakeholders for statements, confirmations, reports, and documentation in a timely manner.

 Track investment maturities, renewals, redemptions, and other treasury transactions.

 Maintain records of documents like treasury-related agreements, investment documents,

and correspondence.

 Follow up with consultants and external agencies for timely submission of reports and compliance documents.

Investment Accounting & Reconciliation

 Ensure timely accounting of investments, redemptions, interest income, dividends, and other treasury transactions.





 Perform periodic reconciliation of investment balances with statements received from financial institutions and consultants.

Treasury Reporting & MIS

 Prepare & Circulate monthly treasury MIS reports.

 Assist in preparing management reports, treasury dashboards, and presentations.

Market Monitoring & Information Support

 Gather information on available investment products and market prospects for management review.

Compliance & Documentation

 Assist during internal audits, statutory audits, and treasury reviews by providing required information and documentation.

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance.
