IELTS & Spoken English Trainer

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Manthraz Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS & Spoken English Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have solid English communication skills, excellent teaching ability, and a student-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct IELTS training for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
Conduct Spoken English and communication skills classes.
Prepare lesson plans, activities, worksheets and practice materials.
Help students improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency.
Conduct mock tests and provide detailed feedback.
Track student progress and provide individual guidance.
Motivate students and maintain an engaging classroom environment.
Support students in achieving their target IELTS band scores.
Participate in academic activities, assessments and student counselling when required.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent command of English.
Strong communication and presentation skills.




Previous IELTS/Spoken English teaching experience preferred.
IELTS certification or relevant teaching certification will be an advantage.
Ability to handle students with different levels of English proficiency.
Freshers with excellent English skills and strong teaching potential may also apply.
