Assessment Solution Selling
Sell skill assessment and workforce evaluation solutions.
Demonstrate value of assessment-driven hiring.
Build credibility with HR leaders.
Overseas Market Expansion
Develop international partner ecosystem.
Explore market-entry prospects.
Support global sales discussions.
Sales Operations &
Reporting
CRM management.
Pipeline forecasting.
Reporting and sales insights.
Process discipline and follow-ups.





Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, HRTech, Assessment Platform Sales, Recruitment Technology Sales, Channel Sales, or Enterprise Software Sales.
Robust hunting and new business development experience.
Experience selling to HR, Recruitment, Staffing, Education, Training, or L&D; teams.
Domestic India market experience is mandatory.
International market exposure is preferred.
