Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead with robust expertise in Workato, Dell Boomi, and/or MuleSoft to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade integrations. This role involves leading the implementation of automated workflows across cloud and on-premise systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Bachelor's degree in BE/B. Tech /MCA

Position: Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and deployment of integration solutions, APIs, and automated workflows using Workato, Dell Boomi, and/or MuleSoft
Build and manage integrations between SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft SharePoint with legacy systems
Oversee API-led integrations, data transformation, and EDI processes
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure proper error handling, logging,



and integration governance
Maintain detailed documentation for integration architecture, workflows, and configurations
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in BE/B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent
8+ years of experience in IT/software engineering with a robust focus on integrations
Hands-on experience with at least one of: Workato, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft
Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL/JDBC
Experience in data mapping, transformation, and EDI integrations
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Java
Ability to work in overlapping hours with US teams

Preferred:
Dell Boomi /Mulesoft or Workato Certifications.
Experience with AI-based integrations or agentic AI platforms.
Solid communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
