Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our HR team in Badnawar, Madhya Pradesh.

This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical, hands-on exposure to Core HR and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day Core HR and HR Operations activities.
Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Assist with attendance and leave management.
Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Assist with employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
Coordinate with employees and internal departments for HR-related requirements.
