We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer / Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications and be capable of driving technical solutions from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems.
Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.
Participate in System Design, Architecture discussions, and technical solutioning.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.




Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
