– Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing sales and administrative support, coordinating with clients and internal departments, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales enquiries, bookings, quotations, and client follow-ups.
Maintain client records, sales MIS, and daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, Banquets, Finance, and other departments.
Respond to client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Assist the sales team with meetings, appointments, presentations, and documentation.
Track sales leads, bookings, and business prospects.

Required Skills:




Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in hotel sales/support/customer service.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/PMS software.
Excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
