From a technical standpoint

3 years of solid experience in Java development

Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, MySQL

Hands-on exposure to AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kafka

Good understanding of backend development, CI/CD, and scalable enterprise applications

Has basic exposure to AI tools

We are looking for a Java Developer – Backend Engineer who thrives in building robust systems, enjoys tackling loosely defined problems, and is excited to work closely with both product and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business use cases and user needs.
Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and performant APIs.
Ship current features regularly — weekly or even daily.




Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with customers to resolve them.
Drive adoption by building intuitive, well-documented, and developer-friendly features.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and related technologies.
Robust experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
Knowledge of databases and REST API development.
A “builder” mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.
Passion for developer experience and user-centric development.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred / Good to Have
Experience with tools and technologies such as Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, or Aerospike.
Exposure to enterprise-grade software systems or financial services platforms.
Experience building internal tools or SDKs that enhance developer productivity

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
