We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 year of experience in HR functions, preferably within the IT industry, and possess solid communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.
Coordinate training, meetings, and performance review processes.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements
Minimum 3 year of HR experience (experience in IT industry is an added advantage).
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Graduation mandatory).
Robust written and verbal communication skills in English.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
