Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
Support pre-joining engagement and onboarding activities.
Track recruitment KPIs and maintain hiring reports.
Assist with employer branding, referral programs, and campus hiring.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and ATS platforms
Robust communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
