Job Title: Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing functional and visually appealing interior spaces, from initial concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and project timelines.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations.
Prepare furniture layouts, working drawings, detailed drawings, and elevations.
Create 2D drawings and realistic 3D visualisations.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and colour schemes.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure execution follows approved drawings and designs.
Review measurements, resolve site-related issues, and maintain design quality.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



3ds , Photoshop, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.
Ability to prepare accurate working and execution drawings.
Valuable communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Understanding of site execution and vendor coordination.
Robust attention to detail and time-management skills.

Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Relevant experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects.
A strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical capabilities.
