Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of hardware components, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
Ensure standardization of Hardware as per policy (laptops, monitors, servers, desktop, equipment)
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users. Respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, including malfunctions and performance problems
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
Prepare and update technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
Follow security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Assist with IT projects, including deployments, upgrades, and migrations.

Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology

Experience (In Years) : 2 - 5 Yrs
