About the Role

We are looking for an In-House Recruiter with strong HR experience to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and wants to play a key role in building and strengthening the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and organizational requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Drive offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

HR Responsibilities
Support employee onboarding and induction.




Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and other people-related initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Mid to Senior experience in recruitment and HR.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
Solid sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring requirements.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
