Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to support our IT team in day-to-day technical operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, user support, system administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory records.
Assist in troubleshooting operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
Support software installations, upgrades, and system updates.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance activities.
Document IT processes, issue resolutions, and technical procedures.
Assist in data backup and system security activities.
Support implementation of IT policies and compliance requirements.




Participate in IT projects and technology improvement initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), or related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to current technologies.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
Exposure to ticketing/helpdesk tools is an added advantage.
