Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and company platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Participate in interview sessions and take notes.
Maintain and update recruitment databases.
Help prepare onboarding materials for recent hires.
Assist in conducting orientation sessions for current employees.
Ensure completion of recent hire documentation and file maintenance.
Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
It is a non paid internship.
Duration will be 3 months.
