We are hiring International Sales Executives for an inbound voice sales process in the telecom domain.
The role involves handling inbound calls from US-based customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable telecom products/services, and converting calls into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from US customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion
Build rapport with customers and confidently close sales
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
Handle customer queries professionally
Work across different telecom processes based on project requirements
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of International Sales experience
US Sales experience preferred
Inbound voice sales experience is preferred
Telecom sales experience will be an advantage
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Clear pronunciation, good grammar and natural conversational flow
Solid convincing and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Mandatory English Communication Requirement Candidates must be able to speak fluently and confidently in English for at least 2 minutes on a general topic without hesitation.
Candidates with average or below-average spoken English communication will not be considered.
