Job Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media.
Engage with leads, present product/service offerings, and convert them into customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and build solid customer relationships.
Update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:
Solid communication and persuasive skills.
Experience in inside sales, tele calling, or lead generation is a plus.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Self - motivated with a results - driven approach.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
