About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Art Director / Visualiser who can transform ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, positive understanding of visual communication, and the ability to develop concepts from initial ideas to final execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, branding, social media, digital and print creatives.
Create mood boards, layouts, storyboards and visual references for projects.
Work closely with the creative, marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual communication.
Translate briefs into strong and relevant visual concepts.
Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colour, composition and overall design aesthetics.
Create presentations and visual proposals for internal and client requirements.
Coordinate with clients, photographers, vendors and other creative professionals when required.




Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, creative innovations & generate AI Tools
Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Required Skills
Strong conceptualisation and visualisation skills.
Valuable understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and layout.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Knowledge of Figma and other design tools will be an added advantage.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Ability to understand creative briefs and execute ideas independently.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new ideas.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts and visual work is mandatory.
