About the Role

We are looking for a

Junior Associate – Business Development with 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably from a

Digital Marketing Agency background. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of digital marketing services, and an interest in sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Introduce and explain relevant digital marketing services to prospective clients.
Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain and update lead and follow-up details in the CRM/MIS.
Support the Business Development team in achieving monthly targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
Stay updated on digital marketing services, industry trends, and competitors.

Requirements




6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
Candidates with

Digital Marketing Agency experience are preferred.
Basic understanding of

SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Content Marketing

.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Solid follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Basic negotiation and presentation skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a business development role.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Ability to work in a quick-paced agency setting.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
