We are hiring an IT Recruiter with experience in Client Hiring, C2H (Contract-to-Hire), and Permanent Hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to closure.
Manage client requirements, C2H and permanent hiring.
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.
Hire for technical skills such as Java, Python and related technologies.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiation and joining.
Maintain candidate pipeline and achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–5 Years in IT Recruitment
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Positive understanding of Java, Python and IT technologies.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
