Key Responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for domestic IT requirements.
Perform strong technical screening and candidate evaluation Work
Extensively on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen and shortlist resumes based on client requirements Ensure timely closures of open positions
Required Skills
Robust experience in Domestic IT Recruitment Hands-on experience with C2H hiring Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
Excellent communication and sourcing skills Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
