TRUGlobal is hiring IT Recruiters to join its Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore.

Role Overview

We are looking for Freshers and specialists with 1–3 years of experience to support IT recruitment across the complete recruitment lifecycle.

This is purely a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role and not an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.

Key Responsibilities
Understand IT hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback.
Manage candidate records and recruitment status updates.
Coordinate documentation, offer discussions, and pre-joining follow-ups.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through joining.
Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
Build and maintain a solid IT candidate pipeline.

Mandatory Education Requirement
Candidate must have an educational background in ITES, Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.





Experience RequirementsFreshers
Strong interest in IT recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn IT hiring processes and technologies.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

Candidates with 1–3 Years of Experience
Experience in IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
Familiarity with IT skills, technologies, and recruitment platforms.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
