We are looking for a proactive Junior Business Development Associate to support client engagement, business growth, inbound lead generation, and key account operations. The role involves regular client-site interaction and working closely with the Key Accounts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
Identify recent business, project and revenue opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and Email.
Manage CRM, lead pipelines and account trackers.
Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams.
Support client meetings, interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
Prepare weekly reports on client activity and pipeline performance.
Required Skills
Solid communication and client-handling skills.
Business development and lead-generation skills.
Positive MS Excel skills — VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH and Pivot Tables.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proactive and ownership-driven approach.
Eligibility
Engineering degree — Mechanical or Computer preferred.
MBA/PGDM qualification.
0–1 year of professional experience.
Willingness to travel regularly for client-site visits.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Pune.
