JUNIOR CHEF – NORTH EAST CUISINE
Prepare and cook authentic North Eastern dishes as per required taste and quality standards.
Handle cutting, cleaning, marination and preparation of meat, vegetables and other ingredients.
Follow traditional North Eastern cooking methods and recipes.
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and work area.
Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients before cooking.
Assist in maintaining proper food storage and stock rotation.
Control food wastage and maintain appropriate portion sizes.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours and food service.
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Maintain and handle kitchen equipment safely.
Experience: 0–2 years; candidates with North Eastern cuisine experience preferred.
Location: Jayanagar East End, Bengaluru | Salary: ₹15,000–₹20000/month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
