Job Title: Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (e.g., CNC routers, edge banders, panel saws).
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure product quality and adherence to design specifications.
Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality control checks.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Load raw materials (hardwood, plywood, MDF) into machines and unload finished components.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Collaborate with production teams to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.




Fresher or 1+ years of experience operating machinery in manufacturing, woodworking, or a related field.
Basic understanding of woodworking tools and materials (e.g., hardwood, veneers, composites).
Ability to read measurements, use hand tools, and follow technical instructions.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a quick-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
