About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Legal Counsel with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in Contracts, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Client Advisory. The role requires solid drafting skills, client-handling abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities1. Contract Drafting & Review
Draft, review, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements.
Identify legal and commercial risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Conduct trademark searches and handle filings, objections, oppositions, and renewals.
Draft licensing, assignment, and IP commercialization agreements.
Client Consultation & Advisory
Conduct legal consultations and advise MSMEs on contracts, compliance, and risk management.
Explain legal implications in business-friendly language.
Matter Management




Manage assigned matters end-to-end.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge & Process Development
Develop templates, clause libraries, and legal checklists.
Conduct training and contribute to legal awareness initiatives.
