Job Title: Machine Operator

Department: Production

Job Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production machines safely and efficiently to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
Set up, monitor, and adjust machine settings during production.
Ensure products meet the required quality standards.
Report machine faults or breakdowns to the supervisor immediately.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
Maintain production records accurately.
Follow safety rules and use the required PPE at all times.
Keep the work area clean and organized (5S).




Minimize material wastage and improve productivity.
Complete daily production targets as assigned.

Requirements
ITI/Diploma or Higher Secondary (preferred).
Experience in machine operation is preferred; freshers can also apply.
Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
