Job Summary

Vibonum Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS V8 Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, validation, and lifecycle management of LabWare LIMS for its Quality Control laboratories. The ideal candidate should possess strong pharmaceutical laboratory knowledge along with hands-on experience in LabWare LIMS configuration, SQL databases, instrument integration, and GMP-compliant laboratory systems.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain LabWare LIMS V8 modules, workflows, and master data.
Develop and manage product specifications, methods, sample plans, stability protocols, and laboratory workflows.
Support sample lifecycle, inventory, reagent, reference standard, instrument, and stability management.
Integrate laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution, KF, TOC, ICP, Balances, pH meters) with LabWare LIMS.
Execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities including URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, PQ, Risk Assessment, and Validation documentation.
Troubleshoot application, SQL database, user management, backup/restoration, and reporting issues.
Prepare SOPs, validation documents,



change controls, CAPA, training records, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ALCOA+, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, and GAMP 5.
Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills
38 years of hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS V8
Robust understanding of pharmaceutical QC laboratory workflows
Experience in Master Data Configuration, Sample Lifecycle, Stability & Inventory Management
SQL Database knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Experience with instrument integration and LIMS validation (CSV)
Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills

Qualification B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology) / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA with relevant pharmaceutical LIMS experience.
